Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and client data into our secure digital database systems.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to maintain high-quality standards and prevent errors.
- Organize and maintain physical or electronic filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including scanning, copying, and data formatting.
- Prepare weekly reports and summaries of processed data for management review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and corporate data.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve data-related queries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or general administrative support.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
