Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and transaction data into our proprietary software systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality database integrity.
- Review and update existing records with new information provided by clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information.
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding data backlog or errors.
- Perform periodic audits of entered data to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
