Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to use company-provided equipment (laptop and headset).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
