- Document customer interactions and resolve issues using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex queries effectively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows/Mac OS) and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
