- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional departments to escalate complex issues and improve overall workflow.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while adhering to company policies and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating web browsers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
