- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in daily team stand-ups and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Assist in the creation of FAQs and help documentation for the support team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Access to a high-speed, reliable internet connection.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
