Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support channels
- Manage helpdesk tickets using Zendesk and document solutions in knowledge base
- Deploy and configure cloud applications (AWS/Azure) for client environments
- Conduct user training on cybersecurity best practices and data protection
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure monitoring and optimization
- Maintain asset inventory and software licensing compliance
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+ preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer/RDP) and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
