Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for our client base via chat, email, and phone.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system accurately.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions or account upgrades.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues escalated by customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during high-volume support interactions.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory).
- Must reside in the United States and be willing to work the Eastern Time Zone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and basic computer proficiency.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people solve problems.
- Ability to learn new software quickly through our structured training program.
