Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure company-issued hardware and peripherals to remote employees.
- Provide tier-2 technical support via remote desktop and phone for hardware and software issues.
- Manage device inventory and ensure all remote equipment is up-to-date with security patches.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent remote communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware components and peripherals.
