- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Train clients on equipment usage and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive measures
- Adhere to security protocols and data protection standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support or IT experience
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware/software issues
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with remote desktop tools and VPNs
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
