Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot remote IT infrastructure including workstations, peripherals, and communication systems
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, chat, and video conferencing using company-provided equipment
- Document equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and resolution procedures in company CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new remote work technologies and security protocols
- Conduct regular equipment audits and coordinate repairs/replacements with vendor partners
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and remote security best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or equipment management with remote work environments
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and remote desktop protocols
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware troubleshooting and peripheral connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to SLAs
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional equipment delivery/pickup duties
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
