Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Build and maintain scalable, responsive front-end user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React and modern JavaScript.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user interactions across all devices.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers and backend developers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and standards.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure software reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the agile team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React and TypeScript.
- Tools: Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
