Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for microservices architecture using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Implement robust monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Lead container orchestration strategy using Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and Helm
- Develop security-first DevOps practices including IAM policies and compliance automation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct infrastructure code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver cloud-native solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps/cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD automation
- Strong Kubernetes administration experience (EKS/GKE) with Helm/Operator patterns
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) and configuration management
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Prometheus, Datadog) and logging solutions
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments (CIS benchmarks)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in remote settings
