Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to US-based customers during night hours via phone and online chat systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for remote desktop environments.
- Document all interactions, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing complex cases.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge regarding our products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data security and privacy protocols.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or L2 support teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a help desk role is highly desirable.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
