Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Python and AWS infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers through virtual pair programming
- Optimize database performance for 10M+ transaction systems
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with UX designers via Figma for responsive web applications
- Contribute to open-source projects during our monthly innovation days
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Python and at least one modern JavaScript framework
- AWS certification or equivalent cloud infrastructure experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
