Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS products using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) via Slack/Jira
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across 15+ products
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and portfolio feedback
- Track KPIs like task success rates and user satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Notion, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping
