Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions and web applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Debugging & Testing: Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and bugs to ensure a seamless user experience.
- System Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members during code reviews.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development or a related technical role.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-discipline.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
