Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design processes from research to implementation
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes for complex digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data analysis
- Experience with responsive web and mobile app design
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience working in fully remote environments
