Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug applications in production environments.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment without micromanagement.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
