Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop design systems, UI patterns, and component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain design documentation and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for technical collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual storytelling
