Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized remote equipment including VR headsets, 4K cameras, and ergonomic workstations
- Provide expert technical support to clients via video conferencing and remote diagnostics
- Document equipment performance and recommend upgrades for optimal workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop remote onboarding protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in remote equipment support or technical field services
