- Train employees on equipment usage and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support or hardware configuration experience
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Knowledge of Windows/macOS systems and networking basics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
