Responsibilities
- Remotely diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions via video calls and remote access tools
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery using provided diagnostic kits
- Document repair logs and maintenance schedules in company systems
- Train clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Collaborate with field technicians to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on equipment technology through company-provided training
- Meet daily productivity and resolution time targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in industrial equipment maintenance or tech support
- Proficient with remote diagnostic tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical/electrical systems
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional client visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection at home office
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with preventive maintenance software
