Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment remotely using company-provided diagnostic tools
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery
- Document service reports and maintenance activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Train clients on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements
- Ensure 99% equipment uptime through proactive monitoring
Qualifications
- 3+ years of equipment maintenance or technical support experience
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical/electrical systems
- Proficiency in remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Valid driver's license (occasional on-site visits required)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma; technical degree or certification preferred
