We are seeking a reliable professional to manage our remote equipment inventory and ensure our field teams have the tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute company-issued remote work equipment to new hires and existing staff.
- Perform initial setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical hardware and software issues remotely.
- Track equipment inventory levels and order replacements when necessary.
- Ensure all equipment complies with company security and safety protocols.
- Communicate with staff regarding equipment maintenance and upgrade schedules.
Qualifications
