- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support during peak weekend periods.
- Perform data entry and reporting duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection (if working remotely/split shift).
