Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain company-provided remote equipment including workstations, peripherals, and communication tools
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues ensuring seamless remote operations
- Document equipment status, maintenance activities, and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement remote work best practices
- Conduct regular equipment audits and update inventory management systems
- Train clients on proper use of provided technology solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT preferred
- 2+ years of technical support or equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking protocols, and remote access tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose hardware/software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must reside in Georgia with reliable internet access
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment shipments
