Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot remote equipment including laptops, peripherals, and specialized tools
- Provide virtual technical support to clients via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Document equipment status, maintenance logs, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with logistics team for equipment shipping/receiving and inventory management
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and remote security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex equipment-related challenges
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, equipment management, or related technical field
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups in Virginia
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for equipment handling
