- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
- Conduct regular equipment performance assessments and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Document all technical procedures and maintain detailed service records
- Provide expert remote training to end-users on equipment functionality
- Monitor equipment health through our proprietary IoT dashboard
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and IoT platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local equipment deliveries)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
