Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain remote work equipment including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and networking tools
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Coordinate equipment logistics and inventory management across multiple locations
- Develop and implement equipment onboarding/offboarding procedures for remote employees
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize remote work technology solutions
- Document equipment lifecycle and maintenance protocols
- Train employees on proper equipment usage and remote work best practices
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in equipment provisioning or IT support
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware troubleshooting and network connectivity issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
