- Proactively identify equipment inefficiencies and recommend preventive solutions
- Train clients on basic equipment operation via video conferencing
- Maintain 95%+ first-time remote resolution rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in industrial equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficient in remote diagnostic software and video conferencing tools
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional field visits)
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
