Responsibilities
- Perform remote diagnostics and calibration on specialized industrial equipment
- Coordinate with field technicians to resolve complex technical issues
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Train clients on proper equipment operation via virtual sessions
- Monitor equipment health through IoT sensors and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with R&D team to implement firmware updates
- Generate detailed technical reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in industrial equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and IoT platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Must have dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
