What You'll Do: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain remote equipment systems via our proprietary digital platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize performance. Document all interactions and provide exceptional client support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote equipment systems using company-provided tools
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote access and digital diagnostics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades
- Document all service activities, maintenance logs, and client interactions
- Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating schedule
- Train clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Analyze performance data to recommend system improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and digital platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (10%)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Associate's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
