Responsibilities
- Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot industrial equipment issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Perform virtual equipment calibration and maintenance via remote access protocols
- Collaborate with field technicians to resolve complex equipment malfunctions
- Document technical procedures and update remote support databases
- Train clients on equipment operation through virtual demonstrations
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools and virtual diagnostic software
- Valid Virginia technician certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Strong analytical skills for remote troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with IoT-enabled industrial systems preferred
