Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote diagnostic equipment for clients across multiple states
- Provide real-time technical support via video conferencing and remote access tools
- Document all maintenance activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex equipment issues
- Conduct weekly equipment performance reviews and optimization
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and safety protocols
- Submit weekly performance reports and improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience with remote equipment maintenance and diagnostics
- Proficiency with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and remote access software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 10% of the time
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Certification in relevant equipment systems (e.g., Cisco, Siemens)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
