- Provide 24/7 on-call support on rotational basis

Qualifications
- 3+ years in remote technical support or equipment maintenance
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with remote desktop and diagnostic tools
- Strong problem-solving under pressure abilities
