Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote diagnostic equipment across client sites
- Provide real-time technical support via video conferencing and remote access tools
- Document service activities using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct routine equipment audits and preventative maintenance checks
- Train clients on equipment operation and troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with clear technical documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently while meeting SLA targets
