- Handle email correspondence with professionalism, prioritizing urgent requests and drafting responses.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, and arrange ground transportation.
- Conduct research and compile data for presentations, reports, and business intelligence.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, delegating tasks, and reporting progress.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
