Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues using proprietary software and diagnostic tools
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
