Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via phone, chat, and remote access tools
- Install and configure company-provided equipment including laptops, peripherals, and security software
- Document all support interactions in ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Conduct periodic system audits and security vulnerability assessments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and networking fundamentals
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Ability to maintain equipment inventory and track assets
