Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code and web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure system stability.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and agile planning sessions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Document technical requirements, architecture, and system updates.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or C#).
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a remote or telecommuting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience.
