Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for remote employees via phone and ticketing systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues including Windows, macOS, and remote access tools.
- Configure and deploy new remote workstations and devices provided to employees.
- Monitor network performance and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize remote infrastructure and collaboration tools.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of remote access technologies (VPN, Remote Desktop).
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software conflicts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
