Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support channels
- Manage and maintain company-provided IT equipment and software
- Provide technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements
- Proactively monitor systems to prevent technical disruptions
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional equipment shipments
