Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for employees nationwide
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including OS, applications, and network connectivity
- Deploy and configure company-provided laptops, peripherals, and security tools
- Document and resolve IT tickets using ServiceNow/Jira with 95% resolution SLA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and cybersecurity initiatives
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment distribution logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote/hybrid work environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical certifications
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation best practices
