Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Proactively monitor network security and system performance across multiple locations
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot cloud-based applications and virtual environments
- Create comprehensive documentation for IT processes and user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle maintenance
- Provide emergency off-hours support on rotational basis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
