Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and video conferencing for hardware/software issues
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain company-provided equipment including laptops, peripherals, and communication tools
- Document support tickets and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Monitor system performance and implement preventative maintenance protocols
- Train users on new technologies and security best practices
- Contribute to process improvements for remote support workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or help desk roles
- Expertise in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, network connectivity, and cloud applications
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote client interactions
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) and remote access tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in virtual teams
- Must have dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet
