Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Document all support cases and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
