Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
- Deploy and configure company-provided hardware/software across remote workstations
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and infrastructure issues
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience with enterprise systems
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and virtualization technologies
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with remote diagnostic tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in California with reliable high-speed internet
