Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal users efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and office applications.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback in the ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system updates, patch management, and security checks.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or technical customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote interactions.
