Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues
- Configure and maintain provided IT equipment
- Resolve network connectivity and security concerns
- Document all troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Implement system upgrades and patches
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS environments
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
